SARA was featured on The One Show on BBC1 on 11 August.
We were helping their regular action man and SARA team member Andy Torbet to highlight some of the dangers of open water. This was filmed last summer, in the beautiful Wye Valley which is part of our operating area.
Many of us at SARA love open water swimming but we know it can be dangerous. Don’t swim alone and don’t jump into deep cold water such as in quarries!
